SEGREGATED CLIENTS’ FUNDS
All our clients' monies are deposited in segregated custodial bank accounts. We have measures in place to ensure that funds received are placed with a custodian with robust custodial framework and functions.
PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY INSURANCE – SAMTRADE CUSTODIAN
Samtrade Custodian has introduced a professional indemnity insurance with Falcon Insurance, with up to USD 2 million per claim.
THIRD PARTY INSURANCE
All existing and new clients from Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam that fund with Samtrade FX will be protected under WikiFX Assurance Center, where clients can apply claims of up to 7,000 USD for compensation.
PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY INSURANCE
As an added safety measure, Samtrade FX has introduced a professional indemnity insurance with Falcon Insurance, with up to USD 3 million per claim.
MEMBER OF THE FINANCIAL COMMISSION
Samtrade FX is a member of The Financial Commission. The Commission was established to be a neutral 3rd party committee to fairly review and resolve complaints. The commission also provides additional protection for the traders through the Commission’s Compensation Fund, which will cover up to €20,000 per client of the Member.
NEGATIVE BALANCE PROTECTION
Samtrade FX offers Negative balance protection on all accounts. This will ensures that traders do not lose more than the balance on their account.
